What this covers

Structured content for organisations with a lot to say.

Mused Agency is a Drupal development agency building and upgrading Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 websites for organisations in the UK, USA, UAE and Canada. Drupal is the right choice when content is complex: many content types, editorial workflows, user roles and permissions, and several languages.

We build custom Drupal themes with Twig, design content types and views that keep large sites consistent, and set up multilingual websites with translation workflows. For organisations on older versions, we plan migrations from Drupal 7, 8 or 9 to Drupal 11, including content, URLs and redirects, so search rankings carry over.

Our recent Drupal 11 build is Caribbean Opus, a job board for the Caribbean with vacancy search by island and city, separate accounts for job seekers and employers, salary tools, and versions in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

Not sure you need Drupal? For a smaller marketing site, WordPress is often simpler and cheaper to run. We work with both and recommend the one that fits.

Questions clients ask

  • When is Drupal a better choice than WordPress?

Drupal suits large, structured websites: many content types, detailed user roles and permissions, editorial workflows and several languages. For a smaller marketing site, WordPress is usually simpler to run.

  • Can you migrate our website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11?

Yes. Drupal 7 reached end of life in January 2025, so it no longer receives security updates. We audit your content and modules, rebuild the theme for Drupal 11, migrate the content and set up redirects from old URLs.

  • Do you build multilingual Drupal websites?

Yes. Drupal handles translation of content, menus and interface text well. Caribbean Opus runs in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

  • Can you support and maintain our existing Drupal site?

Yes: core and module security updates, bug fixes, performance work and new features, with changes tested before they go live.

  • How long does a Drupal migration take?

It depends on the number of content types, custom modules and languages. After an audit of your current site we give you a plan and timeline before any work starts.
