The brief
New Grace Courier delivers across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad, and ships internationally. Most visitors arrive with one question: where is my parcel? The website needed to answer that immediately and then explain the company’s wider services to businesses.
What we built
We designed and developed a custom WordPress theme for the company rather than using a page builder, which keeps the site light and the layout consistent on every page.
- Tracking first: the tracking form sits in the hero, next to the support phone number and email address.
- Clear services: international shipping, delivery solutions, warehousing and storage, freight forwarding and customs clearance each have their own section.
- Lead capture: “Get a Quote” and “Request a Callback” paths for business customers.
- Trust signals: customer reviews, the company’s service standards and a detailed FAQ.
- Measurement: Google Site Kit connected for Search Console and Analytics.
The result
A fast, focused website where customers can track a parcel in seconds, and where businesses can see the full range of logistics services and ask for a quote without picking up the phone.
